By accessing or using SoLe.AI ("the Platform"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SoLe.AI, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

  • You may use SoLe.AI solely for personal, educational, or institutional learning purposes.
  • You may not use the platform to generate, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Practice Credits and Billing

  • Free users receive 50 practice credits at signup.
  • Institutional and paid plans are subject to separate agreements.
  • Credits are non-transferable and expire as defined in your plan agreement.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • SoLe.AI uses AI to generate feedback, scenarios, and coaching content.
  • AI-generated feedback is for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, or otherwise).
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, design, and technology is the property of Socratic Labs Pvt Ltd.
  • User-generated content (your responses and sessions) remains your own and is not used for any purpose beyond delivering your personal feedback and progress data.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SoLe.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Socratic Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
